This initiative underscores our commitment to delivering greater support, clear communication, and ensuring that our products and services not only meet but exceed the needs of our valued clients.
A crucial milestone approaching in July 2024 is the Consumer Duty Deadline, which will witness the inaugural annual Director sign-offs. This report will meticulously assess whether good outcomes have been delivered for consumers, including a comprehensive review of all our offerings and an evaluation of their alignment with expected outcomes. We will also outline actions taken to address any risks or issues to consumers and confirm that our company plans are in harmony with the goals of the Consumer Duty.
This presents a pivotal moment for the initiative, making it a top priority for the FCA and, consequently, our focus for Q1 of 2024.
