Our newest feature update expands on our recently released messenger functionality, allowing you to send messages to individual entities (Person Entities and Business Entities) as well as send them to groups.
Next time you try to create a message as an administrator, you’ll see the option to to send that message to one or more entities, including business and person entities.
This provides you with far greater flexibility and granularity when it comes to sending messages within your organisation.
Once you’ve created and sent a message, you can come back to it whenever you like and check the read/unread status for each recipient, including an option to see if they’ve read the message then marked it as unread.
Of course, if you prefer to send a message to a group as you normally would, that option still exists.
