Our developer update blog series aims to share the exciting work our dev team are producing to make Corterum even better – and even more efficient at helping you handle every part of SM&CR compliance.
In this update, our team are pleased to announce we have made Form C reports available in the reporting section of Corterum.
What is Form C?
Form C is the method of notification required by the FCA when a Senior Manager within your firm ceases to perform a controlled function – including SMF functions. This could be because of resignation, dismissal, suspension, resignation during an FCA investigation, or similar circumstances.
Form C is a detailed document that requires the inclusion of data about your firm, your employee and their activities – all data which Corterum can and does hold within it. As part of this new update – Corterum will auto-populate all the relevant information into the form, so all you need to do is review the document and submit it to the FCA through your usual channels.
