Since the launch of the free tier of Corterum last month, we’ve been hard at work making the platform even more feature-rich.
This month has seen the release of a number of new features, as well as expansions to existing functionality, including:
- A new frequently performed action function – allowing you to quickly view and update your personal information.
- An expansion to our analytics suite – so you can now generate analytics on regulatory references.
- The ability to link a dataset to a task.

Linking a task to a dataset
SM&CR is complex, and often involves a large quantity of information. That’s why Corterum allows you to provide a link within a task, so you can easily jump to the part of Corterum that needs attention.
To link a dataset to a task, start be following the normal task creation process. You’ll then see a checkbox at the bottom of the task creation pop-up menu to include a link to a dataset. Click this, then select a dataset from the drop-down menu that appears.

New Frequently Performed Action – view/update my personal information
Our goal with Corterum is to make your everyday SM&CR management as easy and simple as possible, that’s why we’ve added a new frequently performed action to allow your users with the Corterum system to quickly view and edit their personal information.
You’ll find this feature in your Workbench, under “Frequently Performed Actions”.
Analytics for regulatory references
In July we added our analytics suite, allowing you generate analytics reports on Fitness and Propriety, Conduct Rules Breaches and more.
Now, we’re adding the ability to generate analytics reports on regulatory references. This allows you to see, at a glance:
- The number of regulatory references provided over a specific time period.
- The number of people who provided the required regulatory references within 6 weeks.
- The number of people who DID NOT provide the required regulatory references within 6 weeks.
- The names, job titles and employer of the individuals who provided their regulatory references as well as their function within their organisation (e.g. Certification Staff).
