On 9 November 2020, the FCA published an update on “Workplace arrangements and work-related travel” during the Coronavirus pandemic and the PRA published a “Statement on Covid guidance for firms”.
Both regulators remind firms that they should continue to follow government guidance and recommend that responsibility for Covid compliance be allocated to the SMF1 (Chief Executive). For firms that do not have an SMF1 responsibility should be allocated to “the most relevant member of the senior management team”.
